An innovative tiny smart home was unveiled by a Singaporean business

Nestron, a Singaporean construction business, has unveiled a compact smart home with cutting-edge technology. A small smart home called Cube Two X was recently unveiled by Singaporean startup Nestron, which is well known for creating creative small homes. The most well-liked Nestron product, an improved version of the original Cube Two called Cube Two X, is available today.

Despite being a tiny studio-type flat, the design and composition are entirely unrelated to the usual building style. The Cube Two X (C2X) model has a size increase to about 377 square feet from the original Cube Two (C2263 )’s square feet. One could say that among Nestron’s modest smart home designs, the C2X model is the biggest.

According to Choco Toh from the company’s marketing division, like other Cube Series smart homes, the C2X design is replete with elements from science fiction and futuristic spaceships. Unlike the previous model, C2X smart homes that use AI technology have two different floor plan choices, one for a bedroom and the other for two.

The one-bedroom apartment can house up to three people, while the two-bedroom C2X design can house up to four. Both variations of this floor plan will have a hallway, living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as a bathroom and at least one bedroom.

Moreover, huge windows are put in to prevent the residents of the tiny house from feeling cramped. In comparison to the Two-Bedroom C2X, the One-Bedroom Layout has an additional skylight and a refrigerator that opens from the side. To handle household functions, toilets, and mirrors are modified to act like touch- and voice-sensitive devices, just like in a smart home.

You can look at your own calendar table. Nestron has developed a Canny AI helper in addition to smart, high-tech furniture. For the owner, this AI system can brew coffee in the morning. Motion-activated lights are put in closets and under mattresses to cut down on home electricity usage.

The C2X models from Nestron are already in production and will go on sale early in 2019. In addition, Toh claimed that he had been contacted by numerous clients seeking to order Cube Two homes. According to him, more than 70% of Nestron’s clients are Americans, and they already import products into the UK market.

Nestron has prospered with an increasing number of questions for the residents on the business’ website. Homes in the Cube Two (C2) development were sold for $52,000 (more than 750,000 Myanmar Kyats), while the Cube Two X will be offered for $98,000. (over 1,400,000 Myanmar Kyats).
