At an event in Beijing on Wednesday, Xiaomi, a company that makes a variety of home gadgets including smartphones, unveiled a new laser projector that can be used in the living room as well as a new Ninebot Plus Electric Scooter model.
Seldom does Xiaomi claim that its laser projector is the first laser projector in the world to simulate a movie theater environment? A well-known optical technology company, Yorkey, designed the Mi Laser Projector, which can project the screen up to 150 inches from the wall at a maximum distance of 20 inches from it and 2 inches from it at its closest point.
The 25,000-hour lifespan of the Xiaomi Laser Projector allows for brightness levels of up to 5000 lumens. The Advanced Laser Phosphor Display (ALPD 3.0) technology from the Appotronics company, which is supported by about 90% of Chinese cinemas, will be included in the Xiaomi Laser Projector.
Additionally, Light Source Optoelectronic Technology and DLP Imaging Chips have been added in partnership with Texas Instruments Company to provide high color accuracy. The Xiaomi Laser Projector will also support the Dolby Digital and DTS Sound Systems and contain 4 high-power speakers.
The performance will be sufficient as a result for moviegoers to avoid purchasing an additional sound system. Starting on July 4th, it will be available for purchase for about $1500. The Ninebot Plus Electric Scooter is the second new item. This new model replaces the Ninebot Mini from the previous year.
An 800W Dual-Motor Engine with a top speed of 18 km/h and a range of 35 km will be featured in the Ninebot Plus Electric Scooter. With an IP X6 classification, it can withstand light rain, and its 11″ Anti-Slip Wheels are larger than those on the preceding Ninebot Mini. Further strengthened by the use of stronger magnesium alloy, the footplate can support up to 100 kg of weight.
Several more improvements are included in Ninebot Plus, the first of which is the ability to adjust the headlights to match the hue of the signal light when turning sideways. Also, a machine learning system will be used, and it will adapt when new rides arrive following how the rider behaves.
Also, it is thought that increasing your riding frequency will stabilize it. Additionally, Ninebot Plus has a remote control that allows you to direct it where to go. Because of its Intelligent Following Mode, it will also follow you as you walk.
The Ninebot Plus Camera can then be purchased and installed as an extra. 3-axis OIS, 1080p Full HD recording, and a 104-degree wide-angle lens will all be included in the camera. Videos can be transmitted instantly.
